Plenty: Recent Site Specific Text Installation

Late Summer 2018, a short phrase appears atop of a pile of tailings and trash. Sited amongst the remnants and refuse of the fields and freeways of the Lower Mainland. Visible from a nearby overpass, in line with the airport runways, adjacent to the highway, on the flightpath. A helicopter diverts attempting to decipher it from the air, rush hour traffic slows down trying to read it backwards. And then it is gone. Abundance, overkill, waste, want. Own up, give back, make do with less, share the wealth, share the burden, take responsibility for your choices, take only what you need. More than enough … Not So Much.
